Frank Sidney Garside Park

Overview
Frank Sidney Garside Park in Granville is a newly renovated, council approved, fully fenced dog park that opened in August 2024 as part of a $17 million community precinct transformation. The modern enclosed off-leash area includes integrated lighting for evening use, a drinking fountain, dedicated seating, and waste facilities throughout. The park is designed with separate zones to accommodate different dog temperaments and energy levels.
The wider Garside precinct is one of the most comprehensively redeveloped community spaces in the LGA, featuring nature play elements, a climbing structure, BMX pump track, flying fox, multi-use sports court, barbecue areas, and playgrounds. Located in Granville, it serves as a significant community hub for the area.
Frank Sidney Garside Park is ideal for dogs of all sizes and owners looking for a modern, well-lit, secure off-leash facility with broader family amenities on site.
Frank Sidney Garside Park is managed by City of Parramatta Council.
